Tilio has launched fractional AEO support: an experienced AI search specialist working inside your team a few days a month.
We've launched fractional AEO support, for teams trying to get experienced AI search capability into the business.
It exists because hiring for AI search needs more than a job title or a requested number of years. Relevant experience can include SEO, content, technical work and measurement. The useful question is how someone applies that experience to the AI search problems your business faces.
Ask candidates to explain how they choose tracked questions, interpret sampled answers and turn findings into work for your team. Specific examples make it easier to assess whether their experience fits the role.
In its 2026 AI search investment report, Conductor surveyed more than 250 digital leaders at US enterprise organisations. Of those respondents, 94% planned to increase AEO investment in 2026 and 97% reported a positive impact on their marketing funnel in 2025. These are self-reported findings from that US enterprise sample, not a measure of UK adoption.
