- We deliver within three working days of you approving the prompt set. If we are more than one working day late, we refund 25% automatically without you asking. More than three working days late, we refund the full amount and you keep the report.

- Tell us within 14 days. We will put it right, and if we cannot, we refund you in full.

- The report is delivered within three working days of you approving the prompt set, which we send within 24 hours of your brief. Most audits land inside 48 hours. Comparable audits from other UK agencies typically take five to ten working days.
- Which AI platforms do you check?
- ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. These three cover the majority of buyer discovery and comparison behaviour in AI search. Managed programmes extend to ten engines.
- How do you decide which questions to test?
- We build 30 to 40 prompts across six intent types: category understanding, solution discovery, shortlisting, alternatives and competitor evaluation, pricing and fit, and trust and credibility. You review and approve the full set before anything runs, so the report answers questions you care about.
- Can you guarantee we'll appear in ChatGPT?
